Note:  After selecting your appointment time, be sure to “check out” and “confirm booking”, otherwise you aren’t done booking.  Once you have booked, you will receive a booking email to confirm your appointment.   If you do not receive a confirmation e-mail after you have completed the booking process, be sure to check your spam folder.  

Appointments can be changed/cancelled up to 24 hours prior to your appointment.

If the appointment is cancelled outside of this grace period the entire fee of the appointment will be charged as per our cancellation policy.
