The Chinese New Year celebrates ushering out the old and escorting in the new with intention and grace. For many cultures, the lunar New Year is the most important and festive holiday of the year. It’s a social time to be with loved ones, prepare elaborate feasts, and reset for the year to come. The Chinese New Year is a time to let go of what is no longer serving or sustaining us.
It’s a time to don the new, start fresh and clean!
