Warm and calming, Golden Milk is traditionally drank before going to bed.  Black pepper, which contains peperine,  is added to the drink to help the body better absorb the curcumin in the turmeric.

Instructions
  1. In a medium pan, heat milk over medium pan. Add in turmeric and black pepper. Add a cinnamon stick and crushed seeds of the cardamon and stir gently. Add in coconut oil and bring to a boil. Allow mixture to simmer for 10 minutes. Remove from heat and pour the mixture through a strainer. Sweeten to taste with honey and enjoy.
